The Fleet Management Supervisor will be responsible for the development, implementation, and enforcement of the preventative maintenance schedule for the company’s fleet, toll management and advance card management.
Supreme Ventures Services limited, a subsidiary of Supreme Ventures Limited is seeking to identify a Supervisor - Fleet Management.
The Fleet Management Supervisor will be responsible for the development, implementation, and enforcement of the
preventative maintenance schedule for the company’s fleet, toll management and advance card management.
Key areas of focus include, but not limited to: Fleet management
o Repairs and maintenance
o Toll management
o Advance card management
o Licensing, insurance, and registration
o All vehicle purchases and sales
o Vehicle tracking
o General vehicle upkeep
o Submission of requisitions and invoices
o Budget management
Supervision of bearers and all drivers.
The Supervisor- Fleet Management will also be responsible for:
100% of staff with agreed tasks and targets for the operating year.
Conformance to established timelines by all the participants in the department (selfincluded)
to the Employee Performance Management (EPM) process.
Operating in an objective and transparent manner; set and maintain high work
standards.
Delivery of Facilities & Maintenance related activities on time and within budget, as
well as monitoring the financial impact of the department’s activities:
Effective management of Company’s Toll account.
Accurate and organized record keeping (soft and hard copy files)
Timely delivery of all F&M Services
As well as Monitoring simple or renewal contracts with existing Supplier/Vendors/Service
Providers.
Assign tasks and monitor performance of all external vendors (this is done jointly
with reporting manager)
Work closely with Senior Manager to ensure accurate and timely submission of
yearly budget.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:BSc Degree in Business Studies/ Logistics or other relevant areas of studies.
4 years Supervisory experience
Proficient in computer skills and in-dept knowledge of Microsoft Applications,
specifically Outlook
Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
Experience in ACCPAC/Hyperion system would be an asset.
Knowledge of and experience in the gaming/lottery industry are an asset.
