Coordinate, supervise and follow up on all the activities in the IDC. Ensures that all merchandise received and shipped meet the company's standard.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum three (3) years of university studies in Business Administration or related careers. Diploma, Degree preferred.
Minimum three (3) years of experience in similar positions, preferably in a retail environment.
Positive attitude towards service.
Knowledge of Windows, JD Edwards and AS400 operating systems.
Proficiency in English and/or Spanish (verbal and written)
Ability to communicate efficiently, ability to demonstrate teamwork and have leadership.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise merchandise that is received and shipped is in accordance to the appointment and priority of the product.
Supervise that the merchandise received is accompanied by the purchase order and the corresponding invoice, ensuring that it is properly counted, entered into the system and verifying that it is duly completed.
Ensure that all documentation of missing and damaged products is properly updated in the system.
Ensure shipping protocols are observed
Plan and supervise activities to accommodate Governmental agencies
Liaise with Logistics Department on inspections and follow ups.
Liaise with Transportation Department on container delivery
Work to achieve KPIs
Ensure compliance with AEO policies

Understanding of receiving, packing, and dispatch processes

Monitoring stock movement and minimizing shrinkage
Enforcing warehouse safety standards
Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Handling shipment delays or order discrepancies
Making quick decisions under pressure
Escalating issues appropriately
Scheduling staff shifts effectively
Ensuring transparency in reporting
Upholding company policies and standards
