Job Summary Packer:

We are looking for efficient and reliable Packers to join our supermarket team. The Packer is responsible for neatly and safely packing customers purchased items, assisting in bagging at checkout, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack grocery items quickly and carefully to prevent damage.
• Assist cashiers in bagging items during busy periods.
• Ensure packing materials (bags, boxes) are always available.
• Help customers carry bags to their vehicles, if required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout and packing area.
• Provide courteous service to all customers.
• Support in restocking shelves when packing duties are light.
• Follow all store policies and health & safety procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• No formal education required; high school diploma preferred.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 kg.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

We are seeking friendly and detail-oriented Cashiers to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. As a key point of contact for customers, the Cashier provides excellent customer service while scanning, processing, and collecting payments for items purchased.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate cash registers and handle cash, credit, or digital payments.
• Scan items, ensure pricing is correct, and apply discounts when applicable.
• Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as necessary.
• Greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide assistance when needed.
• Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area.
• Report any discrepancies, customer complaints, or equipment issues.
• Adhere to all safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus.
• Strong math and communication skills.
