Strategy & Execution Associate

Position Summary

Mayberry Investments Limited is seeking a highly motivated Strategy & Execution Associate to join our dynamic team. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to work directly with the CEO and executive leadership, helping to shape and track the firm’s multi-year strategic roadmap across core business divisions — Brokerage, Asset Management, Investment Banking, and Wealth Management.

This position is ideal for an MBA graduate with a strong background in consulting, corporate strategy, or financial services, and a passion for driving strategic initiatives from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CEO to formalize strategic objectives and multi-year goals.
• Translate strategic themes into divisional plans, KPIs, and initiatives in partnership with department heads.
• Develop board-ready materials, strategy updates, and execution reports.
• Maintain a strategy execution dashboard and facilitate regular progress reviews with leadership.
• Identify potential risks and roadblocks to strategy execution and assist in designing mitigation strategies.
• Support cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring alignment and delivery across divisions.
• Conduct competitive market research to validate and inform strategic decisions.

Knowledge, Qualifications, Experience & Competencies:

• MBA from a top-tier program, preferably with a concentration in Strategy, Finance, or Consulting.
• Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or financial services.
• Proven track record of working directly with executive leadership on high-stakes initiatives.
• Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to navigate a diversified investment business environment.
• Highly analytical, with exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, structure complex problems, and drive projects to successful completion.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and strategy execution tools (e.g., OKR platforms, dashboards).
