Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy, Content Creation & Channel Management
Track, analyze, and regularly report on social media performance using analytics tools and use findings to iterate campaigns to drive brand goals.
Develop and implement social media strategies and creative campaigns to achieve brand goals.
Design, develop, and curate written, visual, and video content for various social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok,Facebook, etc).
Monitor and engage with our social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, fostering meaningful conversations and building relationships with followers.
Digital campaigns & Execution
Come up with innovative and engaging reel ideas that resonate with our audience.
Serve as a thought leader in social media ,Execute and manage the production of high-quality and engaging reels.
Keep up-to-date on trends impacting social media and influencer marketing to help our brand optimize performance.
Trend and Market Analysis
Conduct regular trend and market analysis to stay up-to-date with industry changes and consumer behavior.
Use insights from market analysis to inform and adapt social media strategies.
Consumer Marketing
Develop and implement consumer marketing strategies to engage and expand our customer base
Analyze consumer feedback and social media engagement to refine marketing approaches and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Comfortable on camera with an engaging personality.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
Proven experience developing and implementing marketing strategies.
Proficient in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms.
Strong creative design skills and competency in Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills for tracking and reporting data.
Strong portfolio of past social media work.
