Purpose: The Store Supervisor is responsible for the general supervision of the branch operations and its employees. The job holder must also determine and fulfil the needs of the staff to ensure high levels of motivation and commitment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the systems, policies and procedures of Unicomer Jamaica Limited.
- Responsible that customer complaints and after sales issues are logged and addressed.
- Manage receiving, storage and dispatch of customer item for repair
- Aged Stock Management and action.
- Assist with management of customer experience.
- Preparation and submission of Branch Sales Weekly Reports.
- Provide support to the Warehouse Department as required.
- Handle delivery enquiries.
- Assist with supervision and checking off the cashiers.
- Assist with opening and closing of the store.
- Responsible for the execution of price ticketing and promotions.
- Assist with supervision of branch staff.
- Relieve the Manager as required.
- Manage Outstanding Booking Report daily.
- Provide coverage as manager on duty as needed by the business
- Any other duties assigned.

Personnel Specifications:
Qualification/Education
The successful candidate should possess at least a degree in Business Studies or related field.
Experience and Training
At least 2 years experience in a supervisory position in sales.
