Store Manager

F.O.J Museum and Event Center is seeking a professional, organized and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store.

Position Overview

F.O.J Museum and Event Center is seeking a professional, organized and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring excellent customer service and creating an attractive shopping experience for guests. This role requires someone who is well-organised, detail-oriented and able to represent the FOJ brand in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the store

• Supervise and manage store staff

• Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience

• Manage inventory, stock levels and product displays

• Operate and oversee the use of the POS (Point of Sale) system

• Track sales, prepare reports and monitor store performance

• Maintain cleanliness, organization and visual presentation of the store

• Ensure security and proper handling of merchandise
