STORE MANAGER

An established company has the ideal opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated individual to fill the role of Store Manager – May Pen

The successful candidate must be passionate about daily operational functions, keen on employees’ training/development and is a champion for exceptional customer service.

Main duties include but not limited to:

• Oversee and ensure full adherence with the cash management procedures
• Drive sales and monitor plans to meet sales targets
• Lead and motivate the team to meet objectives through training and development, monitoring performance, providing feedback and mentoring employees

• Monitor stock levels, order goods and ensure that goods are available and displayed in a manner to maintain the aesthetics of the store

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Exemplify excellent customer service and respond to customer concerns in a professional manner and ensure satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• A minimum of four (4) years experience in a managerial role
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of consumer behaviour would be an asset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Possess strong analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Customer service oriented

Compensation

Attractive salary package in excess of $3 million per annum
