Execute stock counts and ensure compliance according to policies, guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to safeguard the assets of the organization.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES:
•Conduct and report on weekly, quarterly, and annual stock counts to assist with the reconciliation of variances.
•Review and investigate the negative stock reports as required to ensure the stock accuracy in the system and the warehouse.
•Reconcile stock variances to ensure the physical stock matches the systems stock.
•Maintain files to support all phases of perpetual and full stock counts performed (i.e. planning, count results and results of investigations phases) to accurately record the movement and reconciliation process.
•Prepare and action all stock related prints required by the Distribution Centre to maintain repository of stock movements for historical and audit purposes.
•Audit and report on the inbound collections process daily to mitigate the risk of stock loss.
•Participate in the truck recall process to mitigate risk of stock loss.
•Perform any other duties that may be assigned to you by your management line.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
QUALIFICATION / EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
•Five (5) GCE/CXC/CSEC Ordinary level passes including Principles of Accounts.
•A minimum of one (1) year work experience.
•Experience in a similar environment would be an asset.

•Must be organized, self-confident/motivated, goal-oriented, persistent and committed; able to cope well in stress-related environments.
