We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Station Services Manager to join a high-performing team within a reputable and fast-paced aviation services provider.

The Station Services Manager will lead the daily operations of airport ground handling services, including ramp and passenger services. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in airline or airport operations, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to safety and service excellence.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee all aspects of ramp and passenger service operations for scheduled and chartered flights.
- Ensure staff are properly trained, certified and compliant with safety and operational procedures.
- Monitor crew performance and ensure service delivery standards are met.
- Coordinate with internal departments and third-party service providers (security, catering, maintenance).
- Manage staffing levels to meet operational needs while controlling payroll and overtime costs.
- Liaise with airport regulatory authorities, ensuring full compliance with company and partner airlines policies.
- Investigate and resolve service disruptions, passenger complaints and operational incidents.
- Maintain robust communication accross teams and stakeholders.
- Lead the station's overall operations in coordination with senior leadership.
Academic Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Tourism, Hospitality, Business or a related fied
- A minimum of five (5) years' experience in airport operations or a similar logistics/operations management role (aviation experience is a distinct advantage).
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively motivate and manage teams.
- Proven experience in logistics and project management.
- Excellent decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support effective client and team engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
