We are seeking an experienced Senior FinTech Officer on behalf of our client.

The successful candidate will support the design and implementation of a modern payments framework, review licensing applications and supervise payment operators. The role involves analysing global payments trends, assessing business models and contributing to the development of payments-related frameworks and standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis on global payments trends, including digital wallets, stablecoins and emerging technologies
• Provide input on payment system design, architecture and operational resilience
• Contribute to the development and implementation of payments-related frameworks
• Prepare reports and recommendations on the viability, risks and scalability of new payment technologies
• Review licensing applications and conduct supervisory assessments of FinTech operators
• Analyse business models, infrastructure and compliance with applicable standards

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or recognised professional certification
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in FinTech and payments frameworks
