Join our dynamic corporate team to support the delivery of high-impact sponsorship programs.
Purpose of Position:
Under the direction of the Sponsorship and Event Manager, the Sponsorship Administrator will support the effective administration and delivery of sponsorship programs. This includes liaising with sponsors, managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and tracking deliverables to enhance the overall success of sponsorship relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of sponsorships, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
Serve as a point of contact for sponsors, providing ongoing support and communication.
Prepare and review sponsorship agreements and contracts, ensuring all terms are clearly outlined.
Maintain records of sponsorship agreements, renewals, and amendments.
Monitor sponsorship and donation deliverables, ensuring that both parties (organization and sponsor) meet agreed-upon targets.
Maintain sponsorship calendar
Report on sponsorship performance, tracking key metrics and feedback to ensure satisfaction and future opportunities.
Assist with the coordination of events, activations, or promotions related to sponsorships.
Ensure sponsor visibility and branding is appropriately displayed during events or campaigns.
Track and report on sponsorship budgets and payments.
Ensure timely invoicing and resolution of any financial discrepancies.
Foster strong relationships with existing sponsors to encourage long-term partnerships.
Communicate regularly with sponsors to ensure their needs and expectations are being met.
Maintain accurate records of all sponsorship-related activities.
Provide reports to senior management on sponsorship progress and opportunities for improvement.
Provide guidance and oversight to Promotions and BRINWA team for brand execution.
Maintaining effective communication and collaborate with internal teams (Brand Marketing Teams, Sales,
BRINWA, Promotions, etc.) to integrate sponsorships into relevant initiatives, campaigns and Wisynco processes.
Any other duty that is assigned within the scope of the job.
Required Qualification, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
Tertiary level qualification in Marketing, Business, Media, Communications or a related field
At least two (2) years’ working experience in marketing, events and/or sponsorships.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or sponsorship management software.
Previous experience in event management, marketing, or sponsorship is preferred.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to draft and understand of sponsorship contracts
Professional, proactive, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Ability to be a team player
Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.
Convincing negotiator
Able to understand and utilize financial reports and legal documents to conduct business.
