At Royalton Hotels & Resorts, we are looking for a Specialist Architect to plan, direct, coordinate, and supervise all technical and administrative activities related to design, architecture, and FF&E at a regional level, ensuring that each project reflects the brand’s aesthetic and functional standards. This position will be based in Jamaica, so candidates must either reside in Jamaica or have full availability to relocate.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the design, validation, and execution of architectural projects, decorative elements, furniture, landscaping, and signage.
• Participate in new openings, verifying architecture and documentation delivered, as well as managing post-opening pending items.
• Coordinate with suppliers, internal departments, and regional teams to ensure correct execution of architectural works.
• Maintain the brand’s architectural and aesthetic standards across all properties.
• Prepare reports, design proposals, and executive projects, meeting established deadlines and budgets.
• Supervise repair, replacement, and decommissioning of furniture and décor.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and corporate standards.

Required Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in architectural design, FF&E, and hotel project coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of public procurement regulations and budgeting.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work regionally and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Residing in Jamaica or fully available to relocate.
