Position Summary 

The Spa & Wellbeing Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional holistic wellness services that reflect authentic Caribbean traditions and sustainable practices. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about nurturing mind, body, and spirit while providing personalized, guest-centered experiences in a serene resort environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

· Provide a range of spa and wellbeing treatments in accordance with established standards and protocols 

· Create personalized wellness experiences tailored to individual guest needs and preferences 

· Promote holistic well-being through natural, sustainable, and culturally inspired wellness practices 

· Maintain a welcoming, tranquil, and professional spa environment 

· Educate guests on wellness rituals, self-care practices, and lifestyle balance 

· Ensure proper sanitation, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently followed 

· Assist with the promotion and sale of spa services, wellness packages, and retail products 

· Maintain accurate treatment records and guest feedback 

· Collaborate with management to uphold and improve the resort’s wellness philosophy and service excellence 

Qualifications & Experience 

· Certification or formal training in massage therapy, skincare, wellness therapy, or related fields 

· Experience in a spa, wellness center, or hospitality environment preferred 

· Strong knowledge of holistic wellness principles and therapeutic techniques 

· Passion for sustainable practices and natural wellness approaches 

· Excellent interpersonal and guest-service skills

· Ability to deliver calm, intuitive, and professional wellness services 

· Strong communication and listening skills 

· Sales awareness with the ability to recommend appropriate treatments and wellness products 

· Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards
