JOB OVERVIEW:

Provides direction and leadership to Spa Staff.  Responsible for monitoring spa facilities ensuring positive and friendly guest relations. Observes all activity within assigned areas offering assistance and instruction to guests/visitors.

1. Responsible for monitoring spa facilities ensuring positive and friendly guest relations.

2. Be familiar with and set up as needed hotel/spa packages, promotions, prices and rates.

3. Observes all activity within assigned areas offering assistance and instruction to guests/visitors.

4. Drive spa sales for both products and service.

5. Ability to manage multiple projects with high level of organizational skill and efficiency.

6. Maintains a working knowledge of industry trends and products.

7. Supervise and coordinate all daily operations in all areas of the spa.

8. Manage inventory effectively and follow purchasing standards.
