JOB SUMMARY:
Research, source, recruit, screen and interview qualified candidates for entry level positions. And assist with process improvement and strategy development for high volume recruiting.
KEY AND CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
· Assist in planning a recruitment media campaigns
· Track, measure and report on campaign results
· Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience
· Assist in creating strategies for building a talent network/talent community
· Design and plan recruiting events
· Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
· Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement
· Assist with researching marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industry
· Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels
· Performs other duties as assigned.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
Knowledge & Experience:
· At least two (2) years of experience in high volume sourcing environment
· Ability to adhere to deadlines.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Must possess good oral and written skills.
· Must be confidential and trustworthy.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Level in Microsoft Excel)
· Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Education/Accomplishments:
· 5 CSEC/CXC Subjects including Mathematics and English A
· Certificate in Marketing, Project Management, or related fields

· Flexibility to work beyond regular working hours if necessary.

Physical Requirements:
Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, type and/or sit for extended periods of time.
