The incumbent is responsible for supporting revenue growth through the promotion and sale of fleet management, monitoring, and technology solutions to new and existing clients.

Solutions Account Executive

Primary Job Purpose:

In addition to sales responsibilities, the role includes initial device onboarding and first-level technical support, ensuring clients are successfully set up and able to effectively use the solutions provided. The incumbent will work closely with the Product & Intelligence Solutions Manager to build a strong sales pipeline, contribute to recurring revenue growth, and deliver a positive client experience from onboarding through ongoing use.

Main Functions/Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries including logistics, transportation, construction, and SMEs

- Promote and sell fleet tracking, monitoring, and related technology solutions

- Assist in achieving monthly sales and revenue targets, including recurring subscription-based services

 

Client Engagement & Consultative Selling

- Engage clients to understand their operational needs

- Recommend suitable solutions based on client requirements

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations

- Support preparation of proposals and quotations

 

Onboarding & First-Level Technical Support

- Support onboarding of new clients including system setup

- Provide initial training on platforms and applications

- Deliver first-level technical support and troubleshooting

- Escalate complex issues to technical teams

 

Pipeline & Lead Management

- Maintain active pipeline and track opportunities

- Follow up on leads and proposals

- Provide updates on pipeline and forecasts

 

Account Management & Retention

- Maintain relationships with existing clients

- Identify upselling opportunities

- Ensure high customer satisfaction

 

Internal Collaboration

- Work with ASSL teams for cross-selling opportunities

- Support partner engagement initiatives

- Coordinate with technical teams for service delivery

 

 Market Awareness

- Stay informed on products, trends, and competitors

- Support marketing initiatives and events

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Monthly sales target achievement

- Recurring revenue growth

- New client onboarding

- Pipeline conversion rate

- Client retention

 

Qualifications and Experience Required:

-   Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field

-   3+ Years’ proven track record and experience in Sales and Marketing

 

Qualifications and Experience Preferred:

-   Associate’s degree/Diploma

-  Experience in B2B Sales or Technology Solutions

-  Basic Technical understanding or willingness to learn
