We are seeking vibrant and dedicated soft collections representatives to join our dynamic team.
Radius Global Solutions, located in Freeport, St. James, is seeking customer service and soft collections representatives to join our dynamic team!
Position Summary:
- Delivering first class service to our customers by exhibiting a conversational tone, building rapport, and providing empathy to ensure positive customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for answering and handling inbound calls to new and existing customers while problem solving their needs and concerns.
- Maintain excellent attendance and adhere to company policies.
Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum of four (4) CXC/GCE subjects, including English Language and Mathematics
- At least 1 year of BPO experience
- Clear speaking voice with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient at working on a PC.
- Must be flexible to work any shift up to 11pm (including on weekends and public holidays).
- Applicants must reside in Westmoreland, Hanover, St. James or Trelawny.
