Job Title: Social Media & Operations Coordinator

Contract: 6-Month Contract Position with Possibility of Extension

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media & Operations Coordinator to take immediate control of our social media presence, develop engaging content, and manage day-to-day operations. This fast-paced, high-impact role will directly contribute to the growth and success of the business. If you have a strong background in social media marketing and operations, and a passion for gourmet food, fine wines, and premium products, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.

  • Create compelling, high-quality content for platforms like Instagram and Facebook to showcase our premium products.

  • Design promotions, flyers, and campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

  • Analyze performance data and refine strategies to optimize results.

  • Respond to customer inquiries on social media in a professional manner.

Store Operations

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and maintain a premium customer experience.

  • Manage inventory and ensure products are consistently stocked and displayed effectively.

  • Maintain a well-organized and inviting store layout to highlight our range of gourmet food and beverages.

Accounting and Financial Oversight

  • Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, tracking expenses, and managing cash flow.

  • Prepare sales and financial reports and work with the owner to develop strategies for business growth.

Project Management

  • Lead and manage key store projects, such as product launches, promotional events, and special campaigns.

  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget, collaborating with external vendors when necessary.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in creating and executing social media campaigns, with a strong portfolio.

  • At least 3 years of office administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Education

  • Minimum college degree (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field).

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong proficiency in social media marketing, content creation, and audience engagement.

  • Basic knowledge of accounting or financial management (experience with QuickBooks or similar software is a plus).

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • A passion for gourmet foods, fine wines, and high-quality products.

  • Capable of working independently and managing responsibilities effectively.
