We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media & Operations Coordinator to take immediate control of our social media presence, develop engaging content, and manage day-to-day operations. This fast-paced, high-impact role will directly contribute to the growth and success of the business. This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
Develop and execute a social media strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
Create compelling, high-quality content for platforms like Instagram and Facebook to showcase our premium products.
Design promotions, flyers, and campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Analyze performance data and refine strategies to optimize results.
Respond to customer inquiries on social media in a professional manner.
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and maintain a premium customer experience.
Manage inventory and ensure products are consistently stocked and displayed effectively.
Maintain a well-organized and inviting store layout to highlight our range of gourmet food and beverages.
Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, tracking expenses, and managing cash flow.
Prepare sales and financial reports and work with the owner to develop strategies for business growth.
Lead and manage key store projects, such as product launches, promotional events, and special campaigns.
Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget, collaborating with external vendors when necessary.
Minimum 3 years of experience in creating and executing social media campaigns, with a strong portfolio.
At least 3 years of office administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Minimum college degree (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field).
Strong proficiency in social media marketing, content creation, and audience engagement.
Basic knowledge of accounting or financial management (experience with QuickBooks or similar software is a plus).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A passion for gourmet foods, fine wines, and high-quality products.
