Seeking a strategic Social Media Manager to lead content and growth across platforms. Must boost brand awareness, drive engagement, and build community. Passion for digital marketing and platform expertise essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).
  2. Create and curate engaging, on-brand content (text, image, and video) tailored to each platform.
  3. Plan and manage a social media calendar to ensure consistent content flow.
  4. Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions), adjusting strategies as needed.
  5. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online communities.
  6. Collaborate with marketing, PR, creative, and product teams to align messaging and campaigns.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  8. Manage paid social campaigns in coordination with advertising goals.
  9. Track competitor activity and provide actionable insights.
  10. Prepare monthly reports on social media performance and ROI.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  2. 2+ years of proven experience in social media management.
  3. Strong understanding of each platform and its best practices.
  4. Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social).
  5. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  6. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  7. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
