Your Role as a Collections Expert
Resolve customer inquiries while adhering to all client guidelines and policies
Identify needs and make informed decisions to resolve issues efficiently
Communicate clearly, with empathy and professionalism, even in difficult situations
Build rapport and maintain a positive, organized approach on all calls
Meet quality, productivity, and training standards across all product lines
Adapt to changes and collaborate with the team, taking on projects as needed

Ability to work onsite at our Montego Bay Location – 1 Mangrove Way, Freeport
A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment
Ability to adapt to change, problem-solve, and take initiative
