Job Summary: The Site Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the site by performing preventative and corrective maintenance across the location. This role focuses on maintaining a safe, efficient, and functional environment that supports continuous operations in a BPO setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repairs of the site, including office spaces, production floors, restrooms, and common areas.
• Maintain and troubleshoot essential building systems such as: o Electrical: lighting, power outlets, UPS systems, and backup generators. o Plumbing: restrooms, break rooms, and water supply systems. o Air Conditioning/HVAC: ensuring optimal climate control for large call center spaces.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues with minimal disruption to operations.
• Support generator operation and basic troubleshooting during power outages to ensure continuity of business.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance services.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are upheld across the site.
• Conduct preventive maintenance checks and keep detailed logs of performed tasks.
• Assist in space setup for new campaigns or site expansions (workstations, cabling support, minor carpentry).
• Provide after-hours or emergency support as required at the site.
Site Maintenance Technician:

Education Requirements:
▪ High school diploma or equivalent required
▪ Post Secondary education is considered an asset.
