SureBuilt Construction Ltd is seeking an experienced and driven Site Foreman to join our growing team. This role is best suited for a hands-on construction professional with strong leadership capability and a proven track record delivering high-quality projects.

The Role

The Site Foreman plays a critical role in supporting field operations and project delivery. Working closely with the Construction Manager, you will coordinate site activities, lead crews, and support the successful execution of projects across cost, schedule, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a variety of commercial and high-end residential projects, including renovations and new construction
• Enforce strict safety standards and company policies on all job sites
• Plan, organize, and actively participate in construction activities
• Lead and supervise crews, including laborers, operators, and subcontractors
• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Delegate tasks and manage workflow on-site
• Support project cost and schedule management
• Track quantities of work completed against bid items
• Maintain a client-focused approach on-site
• Participate in ongoing training and certifications

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive construction experience
• At least 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong experience in commercial and high-end residential construction
• Proven background in finish carpentry
• Ability to read and fully understand blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong planning, scheduling, and resource management capability
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Asana, and Outlook
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and budgets
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Driver’s Licence (Group 2 or higher)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: USD $60,000 – $84,000 per annum (commensurate with experience)
