Shopper Experience Manager

A leading company in the FMCG industry is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Shopper Experience Manager – On-Premise. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading insight-driven activations, promotions, sponsorships, and customer engagement strategies across on-premise outlets and events to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer business plans and channel activity plans
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of promotional activities and events
  • Manage sponsorships, activations, and on-site brand experiences
  • Analyze channel and brand performance and recommend improvement strategies
  • Prepare pre- and post-activity evaluations, including financial analyses
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers and partners
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and brand teams to achieve business objectives
  • Supervise and coordinate teams involved in on-premise activities and customer engagement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Channel Sales or Marketing Management
  • Experience in the FMCG industry would be an asset
  • Strong project management, analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments
  • Must own and operate a reliable motor vehicle
