Job Summary

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations during assigned shifts, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all operational activities. The role includes supervising personnel, coordinating tasks, and maintaining production targets in accordance with company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate operational activities during assigned shifts
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures
• Monitor production processes and ensure targets and performance standards are met
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to operations personnel
• Conduct shift handovers, briefings, and toolbox meetings
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate shift logs, reports, and operational records
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and support teams to ensure continuity of operations
• Respond to emergencies and ensure proper escalation and reporting procedures are followed

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Process Operations, or a related field
• Minimum of [5–8] years’ experience in oil and gas operations, with at least [2–3] years in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and operational systems
• Experience in offshore or onshore plant operations is an asset

Working Conditions
