Job Summary:
The Supervisor is responsible for the effective management of staff and operations at the gas station. This includes ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing inventory, and overseeing cash transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage station staff.

• Ensure all safety protocols and standards are upheld.

• Handle daily cash transactions and reconcile sales.

• Maintain accurate inventory records.

• Schedule employee shifts and manage attendance.

• Train and support new and existing staff.

• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
