JOB PURPOSE:

Our client in the restaurant industry is looking for a dynamic, driven individual to become a key part of their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing their career and gaining hands‑on experience in quick‑service restaurant operations. Under the guidance and mentorship of the Senior Restaurant Manager, the successful candidate will build the skills and confidence needed to play a vital role in the day‑to‑day running of the restaurant.

QUALIFYING CRITERIA:

• Must have a Diploma or an Associate degree.
• Five (5) CXC/GCE ‘O’ level passes (including Mathematics and English Language) at General Proficiency
• Must be available to work Shift (including Weekends and Public holidays).
• 1-5 Years Managerial experience. Prior experience in the Quick Service Industry will be considered as asset.
• Expert in MS Office.

 PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Learn to oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on matters of importance
• Adhere to company standards, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs
• Train in handling customer complaints by investigating issues, providing solutions and making decisions that benefit both the customer and the restaurant
• Learn to manage shifts, including the assignment of duties and tasks to restaurant staff
• Work closely with the manager to learn about hiring, training and development of employees Learn to handle all cash transactions, including deposits and reporting
• Follow and enforce compliance with food safety and handling procedures
• Assist in developing and implementing plans to meet restaurant objectives including sales goals and profitability 

Salary: $6,000.00 to $9,000.00 per month
