We're on the lookout for an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management Administrator. This is an individual contributor role that will allow you to spearhead our ServiceNow Portfolio initiatives. This is an onsite role, reporting to our Port of Spain office.
The ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Administrator is responsible for the configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow SPM platform to support Carenet’s project governance, intake, and reporting processes. This role works closely with the IT PMO, business owners, and technical teams to ensure the platform enables strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
This is an onsite role, reporting to our Port of Spain office.
HERE'S HOW YOU CAN HELP THE TEAM:
Oversee and enhance the ServiceNow SPM platform (intake forms, dashboards, time tracking, and reporting) to ensure compliance with ITIL 4 and Carenet governance standards.
Optimize project intake, demand management, and KPI tracking processes to improve efficiency and minimize rework.
Provide accurate portfolio data to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and the execution of the SPM governance model.
Manage the SPM enhancement backlog in partnership with the ServiceNow Administrator and in alignment with the ServiceNow Governance Committee.
Collaborate with resource leaders, project managers, and business analysts to streamline intake workflows, prioritize requests, and maintain accurate time tracking across 7Pace and ServiceNow.
Partner with the PMO and key stakeholders to ensure platform capabilities align with organizational strategic goals.
Deliver training and user support while keeping knowledge resources accurate and up to date.
Maintain accurate and timely data entry to enable real-time analytics and reporting.
Develop and manage dashboards and analytics to monitor project, program, client, and enhancement pipeline progress.
Work with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure accurate labor reporting and meet operational reporting requirements.
