We're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic professional to join our team in the role as Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you'll be the crucial link between our valued customers and our skilled technicians, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE 

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration or any other related area OR equivalent years of experience in the field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role or Customer Service position within the Automotive Industry.
  • Working knowledge of Motor Vehicle Repairs and Service.
  • Working knowledge of Dealer Management System.
  • Qualification in Customer Service would be an asset.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  •  Welcome customers with warmth, ensuring a positive and lasting impression while establishing rapport.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming vehicles alongside customers to identify and assess vehicular concerns.
  • Provide precise service recommendations based on customer concerns and the outcomes of vehicle assessments.
  • Collaborate closely with service technicians, ensuring that repairs consistently meet high-quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing timely and professional updates on the status of work and advising on the nature and cost of services.Address and promptly resolve any concerns or queries raised by customers during the service process.
  • Generate detailed and transparent estimates, encompassing both labour and parts costs, to keep customers well-informed.
  • Ensure invoices are reviewed with customers.
  • Refer and document complex concerns to the manager, ensuring follow-through until resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of customers’ files.
  • Ensure each vehicle is delivered to the customer in impeccable condition consistently.
  • Perform booking of jobs to ensure labour and parts are reflected on invoices.
  • Provide recommendations to management for enhancing customer service measures.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager.

 REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Automotive knowledge and understanding of service processes.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic service environment.
