TJAM is looking for a competent, dynamic and service-oriented professional to •Initiate automotive services and repairs by documenting performance problems and services requested; verify warranty and service contract coverage; develop estimates; write repair orders; maintain good customer rapport and records.

• Five years’ experience in automotive service writing;
• Demonstrable general knowledge in automotive systems;
• Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task;
• Top flight communications/interpersonal and critical thinking skills;
• Computer literate and dynamic, with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure;
• Excellent communicator, solution oriented  and negotiator with an aggressive approach to resolving problems & achieving objectives; 
• Deadline-oriented, flexible with change and committed to excellence
