We are seeking to hire a Senior Warehouse Supervisor to join our expanding business.

Job Summary:
The Senior Warehouse Supervisor supports the Warehouse Manager in overseeing warehouse storage, handling, delivery, cleaning, and sanitation operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate raw material inventory, monitoring damages and variances, and ensuring daily operations align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage raw material receipts, handling, storage, and delivery to ensure inventory accuracy, documentation control, cost management, and efficient service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with internal/external operational standards, regulatory requirements, ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 18000, FSSC 22000, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 14001:2004, GMP standards, and third-party systems (e.g. Coca-Cola).
  • Maintain raw material integrity, traceability, proper handling/storage procedures, and accurate records for audits, queries, and product recalls.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives across all functional areas and liaise with departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare timely inventory management reports, including KPI and variance reports (weekly/monthly).
  • Lead, motivate, and train team members to support operational efficiency.
  • Communicate departmental challenges impacting KPIs, including reefer issues that may compromise product integrity.
  • Ensure forklifts are properly maintained and review maintenance records from supervisors.
  • Review AS400 postings by Office Admin Assistant and Warehouse Supervisors for accuracy.
  • Perform any other duties assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma in warehouse management/ from a recognized institution with at least two (2) years in a manufacturing environment or 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment at the Supervisor level.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to meet agreed deadlines
  • Experience in inventory management
