Our client is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Property Manager to oversee the full operational, financial, and maintenance management of residential and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties
- Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports, and forecasts
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs and site inspections
- Manage vendor procurement, contracts, and cost control
- Support Boards with reporting, meetings, and governance matters
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and safety standards
- Monitor arrears and implement collection strategies
- Act as primary liaison with property owners and stakeholders
- Lead and support junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Real Estate, Construction, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management
- Experience with multi-owner/strata developments is an asset
- Strong financial and budgeting skills
- Knowledge of Barbados PUP/Strata regulations
- Solid understanding of building systems and maintenance
