Senior Production Clerk

We are seeking a diligent and dynamic individual to join our Production department in the capacity of Senior Production Clerk. The Production Clerk will provide administrative support to all aspects of the production operations to include: production order processing and more.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains all records relating to the Production Department
• Verifies daily production schedules for accuracy.
• Assists with ordering raw materials for production.
• Cross-checks data entered for all production control documents (process Control Sheets).
• Assists with completing timesheets for the Production team.
• Monitors the expiry dates of regulatory certificates and advises the relevant parties.
• Monitors and updates the records of employees’ Food Handlers Permits.
• Assists with monthly and other periodic inventory counts; uploads inventory count data into SAGE.
• Collates and submits stationery requests.
• Prepares purchase orders as needed.
• Assists with organizing staff welfare activities for the Production Department.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Associate Degree in Business Administration or 5 CXC subjects including Mathematics and English Language.
• Two (2) years experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite and SAGE 300.
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
• Strong integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Keen attention to details and multitasking ability.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and flexibility.
