The FSC has an immediate opening for the position of Senior Policy Analyst, Special Resolution Regime (SRR) (Fixed Term Contract).

Position Summary:

The Senior Policy Analyst (SRR), Research and Policy Division, is responsible for conducting/supporting research, analysis and drafting of policies, regulations and frameworks to support the SRR related regulatory mandate of the FSC and ensure compliance with SRR regulations and international standards of best practice (namely, FSB Key Attributes).

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and update SRR policies to align with Financial Stability Board (FSB) Key Attributes of Effective Resolution Regimes.
• Monitor regulatory updates from FSB, Basel Committee, IAIS and national financial authorities.
• Conduct SRR training sessions for employees to ensure awareness of compliance obligations.
• Provide SRR policy support during internal audits and regulatory examinations.
• Support the development of risk-based SRR frameworks tailored to organizational needs.
• Provide guidance on SRR risk management strategies and ensure policies are effectively communicated across department/divisions.
• Prepare reports for regulatory bodies and senior management regarding SRR policy initiatives.
• Support FSC inputs into international standard setting body surveys, particularly in relation to SRR policy matters.

Candidates must possess the required education, knowledge and skills:

• Master’s degree in fields such as Business, Finance, Law, Economics, or Accounting and/or Chartered Banker qualification.
