SENIOR PEOPLE SERVICES OFFICER

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the HR Manager the Snr People Services Officer is accountable for the maintenance and efficient day-to-day functioning the HRD department.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist with recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; providing support to managers on candidate selection; coordinating and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
2. Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
3. Planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results; scheduling management conferences with employees; providing administrative support to employees and supervisors.
4. Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to senior management; directing the processing of benefit claims; Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records.
5. Maintains management guidelines by updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
6. Maintains human resource staff records, assists with KPI and other related performance assessments.
