About the Role

 Reporting to the Assistant Manager- Learning & Development, this supervisory role will provide you with the opportunity to:

• Collaborate with Heads of Departments to understand departmental strategies and unearth learning & development needs, to drive business results and align Human Resource Strategic Plan.
• Design, Develop and Execute Learning & Growth strategies and programs to close performance gaps, support new strategic priorities and initiatives to achieve high levels of employee engagement and ultimately improved business outcomes.
• Lead, inspire and influence a high-performance team that is equipped to develop a high-performance organization.
• Support the identification, implementation and maintenance of a robust Digital learning strategy with Self Directed Learning, Certification, Evaluation and other features to create a High-Performance Culture.

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and recommend solutions based on the immediate and future needs of the business.
• Contribute to the planning by conducting research to facilitate the Development of Training Content for Support Centre Departments, Restaurant Operations, Factory & Fulfillment Centre in accordance with project deliverables.
• Research and recommend appropriate Learning Transfer Initiatives in support of key learning interventions. Conduct/prepare training follow-up and feedback determine appropriate action.
• Design, Develop and Execute specific Programmes geared towards desired behaviours (Core Values) already determined to drive overall individual, team and Company performance.
• Ensure Individual Development Plans are established along with appropriate accountability with respect to functional growth.
• Establish a Career Development Path mechanism that helps team members to reach their ultimate career objectives and future goals.
• Support the development of a robust Leadership Development Programme geared towards achieving Leadership Effectiveness at all levels.
• Deliver training programmes as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business or any equivalent
• Training qualification and/or professional training experience would be an asset
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role designing and implementing Learning & Development programmes to deliver business results
• Three (3) or more years of experience in digital learning and learning design
• Learning & Development Certification or Adult Learning Certification
• Instructional Design certification or experience
• Experience in evaluating learning impact
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
• Training the trainer certification will be an asset.
