The JESS Brand Governance resources are responsible for performing various tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures provided by the US Clients’ JESS Brand Governance team.

KPMG Jamaica operates a dynamic delivery center, JESS, providing back-office support to KPMG in the U.S. We’re expanding our Brand Governance operations to help protect and strengthen the firm’s brand while enabling high-impact marketplace outcomes.

As a Senior Officer, you’ll play a key role in reviewing marketing content, managing brand-related requests, and supporting compliance with firm policies. You’ll collaborate with U.S. stakeholders under a team extension model, ensuring timely, high-quality execution of brand governance processes.


What You’ll Do:

• Monitor central Brand Governance and Quality Assurance inboxes, respond to queries, and escalate issues as needed.
• ​Act as an accredited reviewer for logo and web-linking requests from third parties.
• ​Liaise with internal stakeholders (marketing project owners, technical support, risk reviewers) to resolve submission issues.
• ​Assist with administrative tasks such as tracking metrics, maintaining request logs, and updating guidance on intranet sites.
• ​Share updates proactively with client stakeholders during monthly team meetings.
  

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Law, or related field.
• ​Experience: Minimum 3+ years in marketing, compliance, legal, accounting, or similar roles within a professional services environment.
  

Technical Competencies:

• Data gathering and analysis for decision-making.
• ​Problem-solving and process improvement skills.
  

Business Competencies:

• Strong written and verbal communication tailored to diverse audiences.
• ​Customer service mindset with accountability for quality outcomes.

Special Conditions:

• KJESS uses a hybrid work model, allowing staff to work from home in Jamaica or in the office. Employees must be in the office at least five days per month, with more days possible if required by business needs.
• Expected to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• ​Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities.
• ​May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays
