Senior Manager, Retail

The Senior Manager, Retail, will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of retail operations across our network of luxury resorts. This high-impact role is responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing processes, developing team capability, and enhancing the overall guest shopping experience. You will work closely with resort retail teams, corporate partners, and external vendors to deliver seamless, high-performing retail experiences aligned with the Sandals brand.

Duties of the Position Include:

• Overseeing day-to-day support of all on-property retail outlets across multiple resort brands.
• Developing and implementing strategic plans to increase revenue, improve guest satisfaction, and elevate in-store experiences.
• Leading category management, sales forecasting, inventory planning, and auditing processes.
• Identifying new retail revenue opportunities through concept development, guest personalization, and data insights.
• Leveraging industry trends and performance data to inform merchandising and pricing strategies.
• Collaborating with marketing and resort teams to execute integrated campaigns and in-store activations.
• Leading in partnership with technical and design services, the development and enhancement of retail outlets in both new and existing resort locations.
• Tracking key performance indicators across locations and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, inventory controls, and company-wide SOPs.
• Leading risk mitigation efforts related to stock loss, discounting, and markdown strategy.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in retail management, business administration, hospitality, or a related field. Certifications in revenue management or sales strategy are an asset.
• 5+ years in a senior retail or hospitality management role, ideally in a multi-location or corporate retail environment.
• Demonstrated success in retail revenue management, team leadership, and inventory optimization.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and align operations with corporate strategy.

• Oral and written communication (Level 3)
• Familiarity with LS Retail or other retail management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
