Senior Key Account Manager, Cloud Sales

Job Title:  Senior Key Account Manager, Cloud Sales

Division: Cloud

Reports To: Regional Cloud Division Head

Location:  Caribbean Territory

 

Overall Description:                                           

Develop and implement a multi country Cloud commercial strategy that will drive sales for Cloud unit in the Caribbean. Constantly increasing the number of clients and the sales per client.  Be able to wear multiple hats including hands on sales engagements to identifying target companies, uncover customer’s challenges to create sales opportunities and introduce Intcomex Cloud value proposition. The role will be responsible for the end to end sales process as well as the delivering the revenue quotas.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Essential Duties:         

  • Develop “Caribbean Go to Market” strategies aligned with Intcomex Cloud regional plan
  • Develop sales strategies for key accounts and regular customers in the Caribbean territory
  • Manage a team of sales executive and pre-sale engineers
  • Establish territories, quotas, and goals and for sales representatives
  • Work with the team to assist with the sales strategy and execute on that strategy while building the commercial sales pipeline.
  • Drive, cultivate and close sales opportunities.
  • Oversee building out the sales channels with our key Cloud vendors
  • Evangelize Intcomex Cloud capability in the Caribbean
  • Engage with ISV team to identify and onboard new partners
  • Will be required to explain Intcomex cloud solutions in detail to illustrate the architecture and vision.
  • Forecast of sales and gross margins per BU and major clients
  • Manage relationship with the BU customers at the highest possible level
  • Assure customer satisfaction and the efficiency of the sales channel
  • Define promotional and pricing strategies supporting sales per customer
  • Organize sales training as needed for the continuous improvement of reps

 

The Preferred Candidate:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in Information Systems, or Business Administration.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the IT industry
  • Must have strong commercial experience.
  • Must have knowledge of Cloud based technologies,.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Should be able to interface professionally with persons at all levels.
  • Owns and operates a reliable motor vehicle.
  • Is highly motivated, credible and confident.
  • Must hold relevant cloud certifications - with a strong preference for Microsoft credentials  - and demonstrate the ability to translate technology into business value for customers
