Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Senior Food & Beverage Operational Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Food & Beverage outlets. The successful candidate will assist in managing multiple dining venues, ensuring world-class service delivery, operational efficiency, and staff development aligned with the resort’s luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support daily operations across all Food & Beverage outlets.
- Ensure consistent adherence to brand and service standards.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate outlet supervisors and team members.
- Monitor inventory, costs, and departmental budgets.
- Coordinate with the Executive Chef and Restaurant Managers to ensure smooth service flow.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance service quality.
- Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in all F&B areas.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong operational knowledge of restaurants, bars, and banqueting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Rooms Corrective Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising a team of room technicians to ensure the optimal maintenance and operation of all guest rooms. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are executed efficiently and within budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and distribute daily tasks among maintenance technicians.
- Ensure timely delivery of rooms to the Rooms Division after maintenance.
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs.
- Oversee corrective maintenance to safeguard room conditions.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office to identify rooms available for maintenance.
- Review and monitor contractor work and ensure timely project completion.
- Manage inventory of maintenance tools, materials, and supplies.
- Promote compliance with company values, policies, and safety standards.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in hotel or facilities maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Technical training or certification in electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, or air conditioning.
- Knowledge of maintenance management systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
