Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking to expand our team with a highly competent and experienced Senior Civil Engineer who is passionate about developing meticulous, practical infrastructure solutions that serve our clients.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess a natural drive to lead dynamic projects, provide technical guidance, and actively contribute to knowledge transfer and team development within GDM.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities

• Lead the design and management of both small-scale and large-scale civil infrastructure projects, with careful attention to safety, scheduling, and budget performance.
• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to ensure timely completion of project design and supervision deliverables.
• Provide mentorship and technical oversight to junior engineers and project team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in civil design.
• Demonstrated experience in roads and drainage system design.
• Proficiency in civil engineering design software, including Autodesk Civil 3D & HEC-HMS
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
