The Project Management Senior is responsible for tracking multiple control tests and supporting the CRL / delegate throughout the project lifecycle from initiation to completion.

Job Responsibilities
Supporting Evidence Delivery
• Assist with managing the overall project evidence testing cycle across firms and processes to ensure objectives and desired outcomes are met
• Provide a real-time view into response status – highlighting risks and exposures with timely escalation to the Country Risk Leaders / delegate and member firm sponsors
• Prepare status reports and assist the Country Risk Leaders / delegate with communications and the status of evidence to support testing to Country Risk Leaders / delegate and Member Firm stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze individual requests by function to ensure assigned testing is being completed timely and issues are being expeditiously resolved
• Manage evidence submission for the testing matrix and tracking process
• Ensure testers are accurately reporting status and regular intervals
• Assist the Country Risk Leaders / delegate with the tracking of projects outside of KPMG Quality and Compliance Evaluation program to ensure all other requirements are being fulfilled
• Other assigned duties to support the Country Risk Leaders / delegate
Stakeholder Relationship Management
• Key point of contact for the Country Risk Leaders / delegates and Member Firms to collaborate on all aspects of information gathering and follow up on requirements needed by the KPMG Islands Group KPMG Quality and Compliance Evaluation testing team
• Proactively identify and escalate issues to the Country Risk Leaders or delegates, and recommend corrective action in a timely manner
• Cultivate productive relationships within Member Firms to obtain information timely
Qualification and Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Business or Management Information Systems (MIS) or related field from an accredited college or university
•Minimum of five years of project management experience
•Project Management Program (PMP) certification a plus
