Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Associate (8–12 years’ PQE) to join our Dispute Resolution and Arbitration practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and public/administrative law, with the ability to manage high-stakes cases, supervise junior lawyers, and work directly with demanding institutional and government clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead case strategy and management of complex disputes.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and regulatory matters.
• Draft and review pleadings, submissions, and opinions in contentious matters.
• Supervise and mentor associates and trainees.
• Liaise with counsel, clients, experts, and regulators.
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership.

Candidate Profile

• 8–12 years PQE (Caricom jurisdiction qualification as a lawyer essential).
• Strong background in commercial litigation, arbitration, and/or public/administrative law.
• Experience handling cross-border or high-profile disputes.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage client relationships.
• Commitment to professional excellence and innovation.
