All Air Airconditioning is seeking an experienced and dependable Senior Air Conditioning Technician to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will take a lead role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial air conditioning systems, delivering top-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the installation, servicing, and repair of a wide range of air conditioning units and systems.

• Conduct routine maintenance and performance checks to ensure equipment reliability.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and accurately.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians when required.

• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards, regulations, and company procedures.

• Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and service reports.

• Consistently deliver professional and courteous customer service.

Requirements

• Certification or training in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.

• Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in the field.

• In-depth knowledge of air conditioning systems, components, and advanced repairs.

• Strong ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must possess a valid General Driver’s License.

• High level of integrity, responsibility, and reliability.
