About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare audited financial statements

• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulatory reporting requirements

• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff

• Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting best practices

• Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is preferred

• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics)

• Advanced Excel skills

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
