The incumbent will be the primary support to the Manager, Client Relations in overseeing a portfolio of customers, driving best practices and service, while increasing customer satisfaction and business retention.
KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare presentation and deliver employee awareness session to deliver timely, effectively, professionally and with 100% accuracy.
Coordinate and complete implementation meetings with client / producer within 2 days from receipt of acceptance to discuss requirements and confirm timelines.
Prepare presentation and facilitate plan administrator training to deliver timely, effectively, professionally and with 100% accuracy.
Prepare and deliver semi-annual plan administration training sessions or as requested by the client.
Prepare and deliver semi-annual employee awareness sessions or as requested by the client.
Review premium reconciliation reports, prepare reports for clients and manage premium remittance through prompt collection of premiums within agreed timelines.
Review requests for proposals and tender documents and ensure all required documents are received for discussion with Senior Account Managers and preparing requests for submission to Underwriting team.
Prepare, review and present plan performance reports to clients on a quarterly basis or as agreed with Producer/ Client.

Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet required deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Three (3) years prior experience in the sales and /or services industry.
Tertiary level education in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration would be an asset.
A minimum of five (5) Ordinary Level subjects passes, including English Language and Mathematics
LOMA and other relevant certifications in Life and/or Group Insurance will be an asset.
Sales/marketing training as evidenced by courses in a similar type service industry and/or completion of relevant insurance-related courses and/or training programmes.
Good knowledge of life and health insurance products and services.
A general understanding of all Group related products, administration and distribution channels.
Any combination of relative qualification and experience.
