Security Management: Lead and Manage Market Security Team and advise executive leaders of Internal & External Security Environment. Ensure a safe & secured working environment for all employees while ensuring support to the sustainable business growth.
Key Duties:
Security Management : Lead and Manage Market Security Team and advise executive leaders of Internal & External Security Environment. Ensure a safe & secured working environment for all employees while ensuring support to the sustainable business growth.
Physical Security: To ensure the smooth functioning of electronic protection equipment install in the compound, performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance program.
Manage Security Guards Services, measuring quality, providing training and audit Security records. Ensure asset protection.
Personnel Security: Perform security preventive evaluations in terms of risks, treats, vulnerability level and critical elements and processes that could affect employees.
Operational Security: Coordinate and support Functional Areas in the execution of contingency plan. Manage security situations and maintain records updated. Manage criminal acts and its investigation process.
Any other additional duty required by the department including support the programs, policies and corporate/regional initiative of the company.
Requirements:
First degree Human Resource Management, Labour Law, Business Management or related discipline
10 years’ experience in security operations of which at least 5 years’ experience includes supervising staff.
Superintendent/Equivalent Security qualification
