Security Officer / Driver (Full-Time)

We’re seeking a reliable and proactive Security Officer/Driver to join our team full-time. Responsibilities include ensuring company security, transporting staff and materials, and assisting with general daily operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate the company vehicle to transport employees, clients, and materials as directed.

• Ensure the security of company property, staff, and visitors at all times.

• Conduct routine inspections of the compound and report any suspicious activity or incidents.

• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the company vehicle; perform basic vehicle checks before and after use.

• Assist with general tasks during non-driving periods, including:

  • Supporting the chef and kitchen staff during lunch rush (e.g., deliveries, setup assistance).

  • Performing light cleaning or maintenance duties as directed.

  • Helping with basic errands or operational support when needed.

• Maintain accurate vehicle logs, including trips, mileage, fuel use, and maintenance records.

• Follow all company safety protocols and report any breaches or incidents immediately.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Previous experience in professional driving preferred.

• Physically fit, alert, and dependable.

• Ability to multitask and assist across departments when required.

• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and punctuality.

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Flexible schedule — may include weekends or extended hours if needed.
