We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual to join the team in the capacity of Security Administrative Assistant at our Montego Bay location.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative support to the Security Manager and team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Maintain up-to-date personnel files, certifications, and access control logs for all security staff.
  • Assist with badge issuance, access management, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate and track security training schedules, renewals, and compliance audits.
  • Compile, format, and distribute incident reports, daily logs, and shift rosters.
  • Liaise with Human Resources regarding onboarding and clearance of new security personnel.
  • Maintain inventory of uniforms, radios, ID cards, and other security-related supplies.
    • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of internal and external audits.

    • Support communication between the security team, other departments, and external agencies.

    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and security-related information at all times.

    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

  • ACADEMIC & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1–2 years of experience in administration or  Security Management 
  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration, or a related field
  • Advanced computer literacy
  • Experience in the airline industry (minimum 3 years preferred)
