VACANCY FOR SECRETARY

We are recruiting a Secretary to support the office management of the law firm.

The candidate is expected to:

  • Manage calls, messages and documents at the front desk and communicate with internal and external stakeholders with great customer service;
  • Manage documents - dispatch, receive, log, track, scan and file documents on the electronic and physical files and communicate these actions to the respective file handlers;
  • Update the office calendars with file timelines and office appointments;
  • Maintain tracker for expenses and inventories; and
  • Maintain professional and positive working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Leaving Certificate and min 5 CXCs;
  • Experience working in the areas of Secretary, Customer Service, or Office Management;
  • Strong oral and written command of the English Language;
  • Strong communication, customer service, organisation and time management skillset;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
